What our 15-year guarantee covers
We guarantee that all roofing works carried out by RSCB BUILDING & ROOFING LTD will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of completion. Should any fault arise during this period as a direct result of our installation or workmanship, we will inspect the issue and undertake the necessary remedial repairs at no additional labour cost to you, our valued customer.
This guarantee applies specifically to the roofing works completed under the agreed contract and covers defects directly caused by poor workmanship from our team. We are committed to ensuring the longevity and integrity of your roof.
Understanding the exclusions
It is important to understand what our guarantee does not cover. It excludes damage resulting from extreme weather events, such as severe storms or high winds, and structural movement of the building. Accidental damage, lack of proper maintenance by the property owner, or alterations made by third parties not associated with RSCB BUILDING & ROOFING LTD are also not covered.
Furthermore, defects in materials supplied with separate manufacturer warranties fall under the terms of those specific warranties, not our workmanship guarantee. We encourage you to review all documentation provided at the completion of your project.
